Le Printemps de Septembre in Toulouse is an entirely free festival dedicated to the visual arts and live shows. Painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, video and performance, choreographies, cine-concerts and concerts of current music , a contemporary creation statement is presented to you every year, in a dozen different sites at the heart of Toulouse. A journey you can also make at night, guided by the city lights.
